How to Choose the Right Coffee
Single Origin vs. Blend
Single Origin coffees come from one farm or region. They're about clarity, traceability, and unique flavor. For example, Natural Ethiopia Sidama raspberry jam, baking chocolate, sassafras, almond butter, freesia—all shaped by its high-elevation growing conditions.
Blends combine coffees from multiple origins to create balance and consistency. Our Mystic Brew is smooth and chocolatey—easy to brew, hard to mess up.
Quick Tip: Choose Single Origin if you’re curious about tasting something specific. Choose a Blend if you want something balanced and reliable.
Roast Level: Light, Medium, or Dark
Light Roast – Bright, sweet, and layered. Coffees like our Espresso Blend bring out fruit and chocolate without heavy roast flavor.
Medium Roast – Full-bodied and approachable. Bongo Blend lands in the middle with honey, citrus, and milk chocolate. Easy to drink, always.
Dark Roast – Bold, smoky, and unapologetically roasty. Dark Guatemala is classic and strong, with bittersweet depth and a clean finish.
Quick Tip: Light roasts highlight origin flavor. Medium roasts strike a balance. Dark roasts bring the heat.
