Barrel Aged Series: Honeyed Honduras – Oat Rye
An ongoing collaboration that combines artisan, organic coffee roasting with the award winning distillers of Corsair. We have aged green Honey-Processed Honduras Marcala beans in a Rye barrel and then roasted them. The result is a delicious and rich coffee infused with all of the flavor (but none of the alcohol) of an exceptional rye whiskey.
Think Honey & Oats or Peach Cobbler. Best served as or with dessert.
