POSITION: Delivery Driver
Hourly: 30-40 hours a week (depending on management discretion)
8am-4pm Monday-Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that all delivery orders are filled and that each order has an accurate invoice to go with it.
Organize and complete delivery routes with efficiency and a healthy (and safe!) sense of urgency to ensure that all time-sensitive orders are delivered within their receiving time window.
Keeping track of all coffee containers that are used to deliver coffee. This will require picking these items up from certain locations on a regular basis.
Maintaining the Product Pars Checklists which includes communicating with Production Supervisor, Office Administrator or General Manager when we are running low on any products they handle regularly, like teas, coffee clutches, milks, syrups, etc.
Responsible for stocking products such as milks, teas, clutches, syrups, cups and lids, etc. once they have been delivered.
Upkeep Bongo Delivery Van's cleanliness + maintenance
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with all of our customers. Answering customer questions about the coffees and products being delivered. Have a basic knowledge of how to use cleaning products, syrups, coffee ratios, etc.
Building and maintaining a knowledge base on specialty coffee.
Being willing to assist with whatever odd request may come up, picking up whiskey barrels from distilleries, bringing basketball hoops to Bob’s house, helping rescue kittens, etc.
Will need to be able to lift heavy boxes, use dolly & pallet jack.
Delivery Driver will at times be requested to assist with Production duties as needed such as order fulfillment, production floor maintenance, packaging, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Current driver’s license (class D)
A clean driving record
PREFERRED SKILLS
Safely and efficiently operate various delivery vans
Occasionally work Overtime based on Production needs
Repeatedly stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Strong reading, writing and verbal communication in English language
Positivity and energetic ability to work with a creative and dedicated team
