The birth place of coffee also produces some of the most amazing coffees in the world. We are proud to be one of the first to import Fair Trade Ethiopian coffee in 2001. These coffees are typically noted for their pleasing and intense acidity, and overall complexity and often are our most popular coffees.
Central & South American
Caramel, nutty, and chocolate are commonly used to describe this amazing region. Usually presenting a mild to sweet cup, these coffees are an all around crowd favorite. We've visited several of our farmers in this region and have seen the positive impact our purchases have on the communities.
Known for it's earthy, spicy characteristics, this region sometimes seems like the underdog in the coffee world. We have always been excited when the new season arrives. Often this region has some of the most unexpected flavors: pepper, molasses, rose, sweet cream.
